I fail to understand why any media repeat anything trump says or gives him a platform, video or otherwise. I would have openly ignored him years ago.
The tax is smart and should have been done everywhere 20 years ago. It is absurd for local governments to bear the burden for companies that make billions. They have gotten a free ride for decades on the backs of citizens who paid local taxes. Every jurisdiction should do this now, the link to local costs make it way overdue. We need to stop absorbing costs for corps that make billions and trade on the exchange.

This is what former president Obama meant when he intoned "you didn't build that" to all the bootstrap MF's who used public roads, tax subsidies and cuts, straight up 'corporate welfare' to make those billions and trade stock on the various exchanges while sneering at those who have less nit by lack of effort but by having started with a fraction of the resources those snide mopes did and do!
Legit. And not even that they started with more, though most did, a good number also started with funding and resources of our cia and other govt agencies, so we paid for them all the way up. The level of bs would floor people if they stopped to look. We should also all have the tax code written for us; the skill with which this system turns is nothing most comprehend. The actual system has no clothes, but we maintain it anyway.
Damn right. And we've made higher education a luxury for many, closing more doors not to mention AI making much higher learning ever increasingingly superfluous.
I understand why SOME may want a dumbed-down populace but what about those of us who DON'T want to be dumbed-down?
Oh, that's right. Money is speech and folks like us no have enough dinero so we must take the fecal sandwich on offer, consume it, like it and ask for more.
