Our minds control our bodies and our minds tell us that once our bodies go, so too do our minds.

So why do we men still wage wars?

We know they defy reason. We know they solve nothing. We known they kill more innocents than combatants. We know they only destroy.

Are we literally insane?

Seemingly specious questions but they must be asked or they will never be answered.

We men, some of us, are destroying lives which can never be regained and flattening irreplaceable structures that will never be replaced

Deadly and deformed egotistical pursuits that must end before one among us takes it upon himself (and it will be a man) to push the final button

It's a mad race to see if Americans and their allies can kill American military people faster than can the Iranians. So far the Americans and their allies are tied or ahead of the Iranians, although the Iranians are far ahead in killing civilians, with the Americans and their allies having to struggle to close the gap. And of course there will be no one held responsible because that is not what the Trump or the Iranian administrations do. And while Iranian and Israeli citizens have to cope with such losses as jobs, homes, family members, and their own lives, what seems far worse, judging from both American legacy news and online social media alike is that we North Americans have to cope with higher prices at the food store and gas pump. Damn. Oh well, we are assured by the supreme leaders of Israel/Iran/USA that it is all for a good cause, and certainly the CEOs of the makers of weapons and body bags are quite elated over it all.

Propaganda & AI aren't enough to hide the failures & corruption. Trump: "When oil prices go up WE make a lot of money”. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VOk0hF5Oiz4

Says a great deal when this military is using 60 year old planes in this war, doesnt it? That should create a bit - just a bit of concern when we are being "told" what a fantastic military we have.

Far far far from routine! It seems to me (non-military) more likely the tanker might have been in the process of re-fueling another aircraft - not all that close to another tanker. But then, we might never know the truth.

Thank you for your extremely detailed analysis of this fiasco. I appreciate your summaries, as well. We need to keep informed and your in-depth knowledge is invaluable.
